However, this regulation notes: motor vehicles that do not meet this requirement will still be inspected and granted an Inspection Certificate according to regulations.

Testing method: Observation, hammer testing, combined with hand shaking.
Evaluation criteria are as follows:
Install firmly.
No cracks, breaks, rust, or deformation
Floor standards are as follows:
The test method is observation.
Evaluation criteria are as follows:
Secure installation
No holes, tears, or rust.
The standards for steps up and down are as follows:
The testing method is observation combined with hand shaking.
Evaluation criteria are as follows:
Complete, firmly installed, no cracks or breaks.
Correct technical documentation
No rust or holes.
Regarding door, door lock and door handle standards as follows:
The testing method is to close, open the door and observe, combined with shaking by hand.
Evaluation criteria are as follows:
Complete, sturdy installation.
Complete with hinges, latches, no damage (2).
Close and open gently.
Door opens or locks normally; does not open by itself; closes completely.
Electrical wire standards (above) are as follows:
The inspection method is to check the electrical wires on the vehicle and in the engine compartment by observation combined with shaking by hand.
Evaluation criteria are as follows:
Install firmly.
The insulation is not damaged.
Install according to technical documentation, no traces of friction on moving parts.
