At the conference of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2024, Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra said that in 2025, there will be many important political events of the Party, nation and country.
There will also be many changes for the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Minister requested all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry to prepare a strong mindset and constantly strive to complete key tasks.
In particular, the Minister requested to strive to complete 100% of the tasks set out in the 2025 Work Program of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Each unit must develop an annual work plan, in which specific tasks are assigned and responsibilities are personalized to each individual.
Notably, the Minister emphasized that he will continue to pay attention and focus on building the leadership team, especially strategic leadership of the units under the Ministry. Continue to train young cadres to create a source of leaders at all levels of the Ministry by 2025.
Implement Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government on policies to attract and promote talented people to work in agencies, organizations and units of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra requested to ensure that the commendation work is timely and targeted to the right subjects. Thereby, creating a pervasive force, encouraging and motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the Ministry to compete to achieve excellent results in completing assigned tasks towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Traditional Day of the State Organization Sector (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025).
Continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, discipline and discipline to build a united Ministry of Home Affairs, constantly train, strive, enhance the sense of responsibility and awareness of building internal solidarity, strictly implement discipline and administrative discipline, well implement the Office Culture Regulations and the Code of Conduct for cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs to excellently complete assigned tasks.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a plan to evaluate and select young cadres to participate in the Project "Training and fostering young leaders at all levels of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the period 2023 - 2026, with a vision to 2030" (Project).
According to the plan, young cadres in category 1 will recruit a maximum of 10 civil servants and public employees of the Ministry who are holding the position of Deputy Director of Department and equivalent or higher, and are under 45 years old at the time of application submission to participate in the selection of cadres for the Project.
