More than 100 out-of-province vehicles were fined at the same location in Hanoi

Through the smart camera surveillance system at traffic intersections in Hanoi and patrolling and controlling activities, the Traffic Police force recorded and fined hundreds of vehicles with out-of-province license plates.

These include major violations such as not obeying traffic lights; speeding; stopping where there is a "No stopping and parking" sign.

Notably, more than 100 vehicles violated the "No stopping and parking" sign on Giai Phong Street (section passing Bach Mai Hospital, Dong Tam Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City).

Giai Phong Street - in front of the main gate of Bach Mai Hospital (Dong Da District, Hanoi) is usually filled with motorbikes, cars, from service vehicles such as taxis, motorbike taxis to personal vehicles, stopping and parking despite the prohibition signs.

The above situation causes chaos, traffic jams, and the risk of traffic accidents. The authorities have continuously handled the situation, but violations are still very common.

According to Decree 168/2024 of the Government, the act of stopping a car where there is a "No stopping and parking" sign for cars will be fined 600,000 - 800,000 VND.
