On May 25, a large number of people were present at the car transport joint stock company exam site of Dien Bien province (Thanh Binh ward, Dien Bien Phu city) to participate in the A1 driving license exam chaired by the Traffic Police Department of Dien Bien Provincial Police.
This is the first exam since the police force received the transfer of the function of testing for driving licenses from the transport sector.

Accordingly, the A1 motorcycle driving license exam has 263 candidates registered. The exam is divided into two parts: theory on the computer and practice on the driving skills on the road.
To ensure fairness, transparency, and anti-fraud in exams, the surveillance camera system installed in the theory exam rooms, data will be closely stored and monitored in the system of the Ministry of Public Security.
With the practical competition, each vehicle is equipped with an automatic photography system, recording the entire testing process to ensure objectivity, completely eliminating negativity such as the household exam.

Lieutenant Colonel Vi Xuan Nghia - Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Dien Bien Provincial Police - said: "To ensure uninterrupted reception, the Department has proactively coordinated with the Department of Construction to organize training for prosecutors for officers and soldiers.
Every step in the process, from getting a serial number, submitting documents to paying fees, there are dedicated instructions, helping people carry out procedures quickly and effectively.
