On March 1, Can Tho City Police said that from today (March 1), the Traffic Police Department (Can Tho City Police) officially received registration documents for cars, trailers, semi-trailers, four-wheeled motorized passenger vehicles, four-wheeled motorized cargo vehicles, vehicles with similar structures to cars, specialized motorbikes of organizations and individuals headquartered and residing in Ninh Kieu, Cai Rang, Binh Thuy, O Mon, Thot Not districts;
Automobiles and motorbikes registered with auctioned license plates; vehicles of confiscated origin, motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of 175cm3 or more; automobiles, specialized motorbikes, motorbikes, motorbikes and vehicles with a structure similar to motorbikes of foreign organizations and individuals.
People carry out procedures to register cars, motorbikes and specialized motorbikes at the commune-level police that have been decentralized to register their vehicles.
In Ninh Kieu, Binh Thuy, Cai Rang, O Mon and Thot Not districts, people register their motorbikes at the police of An Hoa, Binh Thuy, Le Binh, Thoi Hoa, Thot Not wards.
In Phong Dien, Thoi Lai, Co Do and Vinh Thanh districts, people register motorbikes, cars, and specialized motorbikes at Phong Dien Town Police, Thoi Lai Town, Co Do Town, and Vinh Thanh Town.
People can register online throughout the entire process/partly online through the Public Service Portal, VNeID application or directly at the vehicle registration agency.
Regarding testing, issuing, and issuing new driving licenses, people submit their applications to the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center. Address at 109, Nguyen Trai Street, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
