Informing Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of V-Green said that the unit has just implemented a franchises model for electric motorbike battery exchange.

V-Green Global Charging Station Joint Stock Company has just announced the implementation of the electric motorbike battery exchange franchise model, following the success of the electric car charging station franchise project that is being strongly implemented nationwide.

With an investment of only 210 million VND/battery exchange, the partner can join hands with V-Green to create green transport infrastructure, while creating an attractive and risk-free monthly passive income source, with a long-term commitment from V-Green.

A standard V-Green battery cabinet includes a cabinet and 11 batteries with an initial investment cost of 210 million VND. Within the first 5 years, V-Green commits to ensuring income for investors at least 15% of the investment value per year, equivalent to a minimum of 31.5 million VND/casket/year.

However, with the explosive development of electric vehicles in the future, the actual income from battery exchanges is forecast to be many times higher.

Investors in VinFast electric motorbike battery conversion will receive the full battery exchange fee worth VND9,000/pin/trip.

In the first 3 years, franchise partners were also supported by V-Green with an additional 1,250 VND/pin/time.

In total, for each battery exchange, the rights investor will receive 10,250 VND, while not spending additional costs or human resources on the operating process because the entire process is completely automatically managed.

According to calculations, a battery swap can recover capital after only about 2.5 years. In particular, revenue from battery exchanges will create attractive, safe and stable passive cash flow and growth, opening up a future risk-free business direction for investors.

With outstanding advantages, the battery swapping franchise model is expected to quickly spread to residential areas, main roads and public parking lots, helping to bring convenience and flexibility to VinFast electric motorbike users.

According to estimates, it will take less than 1 minute to replace the two depleted batteries with 2 energy-rich batteries, VinFast electric motorbike owners will have a seamless, uninterrupted travel experience, even more convenient than filling up with gas.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duong - General Director of V-Green Company - shared: The implementation of the electric motorbike battery conversion franchise model is a strategic step, affirming V-Green's vision and commitment to promoting green transportation in Vietnam. We believe that, with the support of our partners, we will not only expand the network, but also contribute to strongly spreading the message of a green, clean future to everyone".

The battery swap franchise model is an important part of VinFast's strategy to develop an ecosystem to support electric vehicles, including motorbikes and electric cars. Currently, V-Green is operating 150,000 charging ports covering 34 provinces and cities.

Through the battery swapping franchise model, mobilizing more social resources from partners across the country, V-Green aims to achieve 150,000 points for battery swapping for electric motorbikes in Vietnam within the next 3 years, many times larger than the number of gas stations and oil stations today.
