Accordingly:
According to Point o, p Clause 3 Article 6 Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, for cars: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND if:
- Driving below the minimum speed on a road section with a minimum speed limit.
- Driving at a lower speed than other vehicles traveling in the same direction without moving to the right lane of your direction, except in cases where other vehicles traveling in the same direction are traveling at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit.
According to Point k Clause 1; Point c Clause 2 Article 7 Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, for motorbikes:
- Fine from 200,000 VND to 400,000 VND if driving below the minimum speed on a road section with a minimum speed limit.
- Fine from 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND if driving at low speed without keeping to the right side of the road, causing traffic obstruction.
According to Point d Clause 3 Article 8 Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, for specialized motorbikes: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND if driving below the minimum speed on a road section with a minimum speed limit.
Regulations on maximum speed of vehicles participating in traffic in 2025 are implemented according to the provisions of Circular 38/2024/TT-BGTVT.
