To pay the fine, people can go to the police station where the fine was discovered or go to the police station to resolve the violation according to regulations.
However, according to the new recommendation of the People's Traffic Police Department, people should go to the headquarters of the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle, not go to the place where violations are detected in another locality for handling, which is both overloaded for the authorities and requires long trips.
When coming to handle the fine, the violator needs to prepare some documents. For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
The police also recommend that running at the right speed is not only a matter of compliance with the law, but also a responsibility to yourself, your family and the community. The Traffic Police will continue to strictly handle violations of speed, without exception.
