This is considered the only Koenigsegg CCX ever to appear in the Vietnamese market. Previously, this model was displayed at a supercar showroom in Ho Chi Minh City but disappeared for many months recently. The car's re-apparition quickly attracted the attention of car enthusiasts.
Koenigsegg is a high-performance car manufacturer from Sweden, founded in 1994. The CCX (Competition Coupe X) model was first launched at the Geneva Motor Show 2006, marking the brand's progress in developing a car model that meets emission and safety standards for distribution in the US market.
In the period 2006-2010, Koenigsegg produced a total of 49 vehicles of the CCX line, of which only 30 were standard CCX versions. The rest were limited variations such as CCXR, CCX/CCXR Edition, CCXR Special Edition and CCXR Trevita.
Koenigsegg CCX uses a 4.7-liter twin-turbo V8 engine developed by the company itself, producing a maximum power of 806 horsepower and a maximum torque of 920 Nm. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3.2 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of over 390 km/h.
With a limited production volume and outstanding performance, Koenigsegg CCX is considered one of the notable hypercar models of the 2000s and rarely appears on the streets of Vietnam.
