According to the reflected content, at about 4:30 pm on May 4, 2026, a group of 4 passengers including 1 male and 3 female took a passenger car of Lien Hung bus company with license plate 50F-045. 76.
When arriving in Nha Trang, the group of passengers was transferred to another bus of this bus company. Although tickets were booked for 500,000 VND/person, when getting on the bus, the bus company arranged for 2 people to share a bed and did not issue bus tickets for passengers.
The complainant argued that this was not in accordance with the initial agreement, affecting the rights and quality of passenger transport services.
After receiving the reflection and petition, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province requested Lien Hung Tourism and Trading Co., Ltd. to report and explain the case; and at the same time invited business representatives to work to verify and clarify the reflected content.
According to the Report dated May 13, 2026 of Lien Hung Tourism and Trading Co., Ltd. sent to the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province, the enterprise has issued a decision to temporarily suspend the violating driver; and at the same time contacted to apologize and is returning the entire amount of 2 million VND to the group of passengers.
The enterprise said that it has organized the dissemination of internal regulations and rules to the team of drivers and service staff and strengthened the supervision of transport activities according to the requirements of functional agencies.
Based on the enterprise's explanation report and the working session on May 12, 2026, the Department of Construction requested the company to implement a number of contents.
Specifically, bus companies need to discipline drivers who violate regulations on business and business conditions for transportation; contact to apologize and refund money to passengers; strengthen the supervision of transport activities to improve service quality and ensure compliance with current legal regulations.
