Toyota has just announced the selling price for the Camry 2027 in the US market. This sedan model continues to be maintained with 5 versions including LE, SE, Nightshade Edition, XLE and XSE.
The selling price is from 29,700 USD for the LE version, 32,200 USD for the SE, 33,200 USD for the Nightshade Edition, 34,900 USD for the XLE and the highest is 36,100 USD for the XSE.
Compared to the previous version, the Camry 2027 does not have major changes in design or powertrain. Toyota continues to maintain hybrid configuration throughout the car line, similar to the current generation introduced from 2025.
This is the first generation Camry to remove traditional internal combustion engine versions to switch to hybrid powertrains on all versions. The transition to hybrid powertrains has not reduced the appeal of this sedan model in the US.
Camry 2027 continues to use a 2.5L 4-cylinder gasoline engine combined with an electric motor. Front-wheel drive (FWD) versions have a total power of 225 horsepower, while models using all-wheel drive (AWD) reach 232 horsepower.
Customers who choose AWD drive system must pay an additional USD 1. 525 compared to the corresponding FWD version.
Besides operating capabilities, fuel consumption continues to be one of the notable points of the Camry. The LE front-wheel drive version has a fuel consumption of about 4.6 liters/100 km on a mixed road cycle.
Meanwhile, the XSE version using AWD drive system has a consumption of about 5.4 liters/100 km. Specifications show that Toyota continues to focus on fuel economy on the D-segment sedan.
In terms of selling price, the Camry 2027 still has an advantage when compared to some competitors in the same segment in the US. The Honda Accord Hybrid 2026 currently has a starting price of 33,795 USD, significantly higher than the 29,700 USD of the Camry LE.
However, Honda still maintains Accord versions that do not use hybrid powertrains with selling prices below 30,000 USD, creating more choices for customers in the popular sedan group.
In the US, Camry is having positive sales developments. This sedan model became Toyota's best-selling car in 2026, amid some problems with RAV4 supply.
Toyota's slight price adjustment and continued maintenance of the hybrid powertrain are expected to help Camry maintain its competitiveness in the sedan segment, even though the market trend is increasingly leaning towards high-chassis and electric vehicles.
