As at the Lieu Giai - Phan Ke Binh intersection, at noon on February 23, the task force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 coordinated with Ngoc Ha Ward Police to organize alcohol concentration control, thereby detecting and handling 7 violations. In particular, there were female drivers who violated.

Working with functional forces, most violators admitted that on the first day of Spring, they met friends, drank alcohol and then still drove vehicles to participate in traffic.

In the early days of the new Spring, the demand for meetings, Tet greetings, and food exchanges increases, but each citizen needs to raise awareness of complying with the law on traffic order and safety; absolutely do not drive vehicles after using alcohol and beer.
To make the Spring days truly complete and safe, everyone should proactively choose suitable travel options such as using public transport, asking relatives to pick you up or choosing popular pick-up services today," shared Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hai, officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2.
According to the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, and strictly handling violations that are direct causes of traffic accidents is always concerned and drastically directed by the City Police Department's Board of Directors.
In the coming time, this unit will continue to maintain control activities on all traffic routes, at all times, resolutely handle violations strictly, contributing to maintaining security and order, ensuring safety for people in the Capital.
