The impressive achievement surpassed the previous record of 429km/h.
The Bugatti Mistral World Record Car is a special model worth up to 14 million euros (equivalent to 14.7 million USD), nearly 3 times the starting price of a regular Mistral. On the outside, the car is equipped with a striking Jet Orange paint job and black carbon details, creating a powerful and unique appearance. The car's interior is similarly designed, with subtle orange accents.
Although the W16 Mistral has no chassis or engine upgrades, Bugatti says the record-breaking feat is the result of months of meticulous testing and careful preparation. The car still has an 8.0-liter, quad-turbocharged W16 engine that produces 1,578 horsepower, helping the car achieve outstanding speeds.
What's special is that this W16 Mistral is owned by a special customer in India, who owns a record-breaking Bugatti car collection, including famous models such as the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse and Chiron Super Sport 300+.
With this record, Bugatti continues to affirm its position in the luxury sports car industry, while making its mark in the speed history of the car world.
