This car appeared on a tow truck, making many people curious about whether this is a genuine BMW M3 E30 or not.
The BMW E30 is the second generation of the BMW 3 Series. It was produced from 1982 to 1994, replacing the 3-Series E21. It was available as a coupe, convertible, 4-door sedan, and wagon/estate.
These versions are equipped with 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder gasoline engines and 6-cylinder diesel engines. Notably, the BMW 325iX E30 model is the first of the 3 Series line to be equipped with 4-wheel drive.
However, the most prominent and popular version is the BMW M3 E30. This is the first M3 model developed from the E30 platform and equipped with a high-revving S14 engine, creating an impressive product. Up to now, in Vietnam, there has not been any genuine BMW M3 E30.
The image of the BMW E30 that has just appeared in Vietnam is attracting attention in the car enthusiast community. Because the car's appearance is very similar to the BMW M3 E30, it is not known whether it is a genuine product or a modified version of a normal BMW 3 Series. Before that, there was no BMW E30 M3 version appearing in Vietnam.
The BMW M3 E30 version uses a 2.3-liter, naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine, producing 195 horsepower and 230 Nm of maximum torque, combined with a 5-speed manual transmission. If the BMW E30 that has just appeared is an original M3 model, this will be a unique model, the first of the M3 line in Vietnam.
