Businesses and trade unions share at the right time to give workers more motivation to work

Many businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang have proactively increased basic welfare benefits and increased basic wages higher than state regulations.

In Ho Chi Minh City, in recent days, many workers at businesses have unexpectedly received good news when businesses announced salary increases, additional allowances or organized additional welfare programs such as "Trade Union Meals", and support for rent and gasoline.

The increase may only be a few hundred thousand VND per person, but in the context of rising living costs, it is a significant improvement, helping workers "easier breathe" in daily spending.

In Da Nang, a business called Celebrity Fashion Vina Co., Ltd. decided to support 200,000 VND for each worker to reduce travel costs while gasoline prices are high.

It is worth mentioning that this support is completely outside of existing regimes. That is, businesses not only do their part correctly, but also flexibly supplement policies when real life changes. That is a proactive approach, instead of waiting for feedback or recommendations from employees.

These are noteworthy movements from localities, when businesses no longer just stop at paying salaries according to regulations, but are proactively adjusting to share with workers in the face of market fluctuations.

In reality today, not only workers in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang or other localities, even if wages increase, if they do not keep up with prices, workers still face difficulties.

Timely support from business owners, whether little or much, also contributes greatly to helping workers overcome immediate difficulties.

Not only at enterprises, trade union organizations in localities are also clearly promoting their role as "support" for workers with very specific activities.

Typically, the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune, Da Nang city, organized free health check-ups and consultations for nearly 100 workers in difficult circumstances. This is an opportunity that not everyone can easily access in the context of limited income.

Or at Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, also in Da Nang city, hundreds of medical examination vouchers were handed directly to union members, along with models such as "Trade Union Pig - Accompanying and Sharing" to promptly support people in difficult circumstances.

These activities not only help workers take care of their health, but also raise awareness and create a spiritual support for them to feel secure in their work and life.

The presence of the Trade Union in those seemingly small things is of great significance. Because when workers are cared for from meals, health to unexpected support, they not only reduce difficulties, but also feel real companionship.

From the movements in Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, from businesses to trade union organizations, we can see a common point that is gradually becoming clear: labor relations in businesses are currently not only maintained by regulations, but are being nurtured by sharing and joint efforts from many sides.

In the context of many fluctuations, the timely support of business owners and grassroots trade union organizations, even if small, has a great spillover effect, helping workers become more confident and feel secure in their work.

And when trust is maintained, it is also the most important foundation for businesses to stabilize production and develop sustainably in the long term.
