The Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 04/2025/TT-BGDDT dated February 17, 2025 regulating the quality assessment of training programs at all levels of higher education, effective from April 4, 2025.
Accordingly, the set of standards for evaluating the quality of training programs includes 8 standards.
Responsibilities of beneficiaries of tuition support policies and living expenses from April 20, 2025.
On March 3, 2025, the Government issued Decree 60/2025/NQ-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating policies to support tuition fees and living expenses for pedagogical students.
Accordingly, Decree 60/2025/NQ-CP has amended and supplemented Article 13 of Decree 116/2020/ND-CP on the responsibilities of beneficiaries of tuition support policies and living expenses. Decree 60/2025/NQ-CP takes effect from April 20, 2025.
