In the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Labor Code, a noteworthy new point is the proposal that the Minister of Home Affairs announce the annual holiday and Tet schedule according to the Prime Minister's decision before September 30 of the immediately preceding year.

Families with people studying and working far from home also have more time to arrange work and prepare for reunion days.
The tourism, aviation, railway and passenger transport sectors will also be more proactive in building products, opening service sales, arranging vehicles and human resources. When all plans are prepared early, service quality will be improved, while reducing the pressure of overload often occurring during peak seasons.
Not only that, schools, agencies, and non-business units are also more convenient in developing teaching, work, meeting, and year-round activities plans. An early timeline will help reduce unnecessary adjustments and use resources more effectively.
