May I ask, my family has moved the household registration to another place, so how can I change the initial medical examination and treatment facility for my daughter? ".
Regarding this issue, Vietnam Social Security responds as follows:
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 26 of the Law on Health Insurance, "health insurance participants are allowed to change the initial medical examination and treatment registration facility at the beginning of each quarter".
At the beginning of each quarter, he needs to change the initial medical examination and treatment place recorded on the health insurance card for his daughter under 6 years of age, which can submit a change of medical examination and treatment basis for initial medical examination and treatment, including the declaration of participation, adjustment of social insurance and health insurance for the social insurance agency where the card issuance is located in one of the following forms:
- Directly at the One-stop Department of the Social Insurance agency;
- Through postal service;
- Admit to the National Public Service culvert (at https://dichvucong.gov.vn) or the Public Service Portal of Vietnam Social Insurance (at: https://dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn) and follow the instructions.
