On the morning of November 28, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Le Khac Nam chaired a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee on personnel work at the Hai Phong Drug, Cosmetic and Food Testing Center.
According to Decision No. 4411/QD-UBND dated November 25, 2024, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City decided to transfer Ms. Do Thi Thu Huyen - Director of the Center for Testing Drugs, Cosmetics and Food under the Department of Health to work at the Department of Health. Agree to accept Ms. Do Thi Thu Huyen as a civil servant without having to establish an Examination Council. Assign the Director of the Department of Health to decide to accept civil servants to appoint them to leadership positions under their management authority, ensuring regulations on procedures and conditions.
Decision No. 4412/QD-UBND dated November 25, 2024, Hai Phong City People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Do Van Thang - Head of Pharmaceutical Affairs Department, Department of Health to hold the position of Director of the Center for Testing Drugs, Cosmetics, and Food under the Department of Health. The term of appointment is until retirement age according to regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Khac Nam - Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee said that Ms. Do Thi Thu Huyen and Mr. Do Van Thang are both well-trained officials, who have always fulfilled their assigned tasks throughout their working process. In particular, they have effectively contributed to the city's Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control work. At the same time, they continue to promote capacity, solidarity, gather officials, assign the right people to the right jobs, perform well the assigned tasks, and focus highly on drug bidding to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of medical facilities in the city.
