Organize emergency care, medical examination and treatment well, ensuring that all emergency patients are examined and treated, and that emergency cases are not denied or delayed. If there is a wrong route or a wrong specialty, it is necessary to treat the initial emergency care stably, fully explaining to the patient and the patient's family before transferring to another medical facility.
Assign regular out-of-hospital emergency personnel, be ready and promptly respond in case of emergency care for mass accidents, serious traffic accidents, crowded disasters... if any in the locality.
At the same time, ensure food safety and hygiene, prevent food poisoning, drowning, trampoline... warn of accidents at crowded tourist destinations.
The official dispatch of the Ministry of Health also requested the Departments of Health of provinces and cities, and the health departments of ministries and branches to report to ensure the regularity of the 24/24 Hotline to be ready to direct, coordinate, provide support, and provide first aid when necessary.
In case of special developments such as disaster emergencies, mass accidents, food poisoning and other special cases, the unit is requested to urgently report to the management agency directly via the hotline, and quickly report in writing on the special developments for timely resolution.
Medical examination and treatment facilities report daily data on the situation of medical examination and treatment, emergency traffic accidents online on the cdc.kcb.vn page (using the 2025 Tet duty reporting account, support email cdc.kcb@gmail.com, reporting time 8:00 a.m. daily, from April 29 to May 4, 2025).
The Ministry of Health requires all medical examination and treatment facilities with hospital beds to perform the treatment, in case there is no arising medical examination and treatment data, it must still be reported.
For deaths (including deaths on the way to medical examination and treatment facilities, serious returns) suspected of traffic accidents, please report separately to the Cause of Death Management Department on the Information Portal for Management of Medical Examination and Treatment Activities cdc.kcb.vn according to the instructions for recording deaths according to regulations.
