According to information in the media and press, in the early morning of July 25, 2025, a particularly serious traffic accident occurred on National Highway 1, in Song Tri Ward, Ha Tinh Province.
A quick report from the Ha Tinh Provincial Department of Health said that the accident killed 10 people and injured 15 others, the victims were treated at Ky Anh Town General Hospital and Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital.
In order to continue to organize timely emergency care for the victims, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requested the Director of the Department of Health of Ha Tinh province to urgently direct medical examination and treatment facilities in Ha Tinh province to continue to focus on human resources, expertise and coordinate with hospitals and leading experts to consult and promptly treat the victims of the accident.
The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management also noted that in cases where the hospital's expertise is exceeded, patients should be promptly transferred to a hospital with a higher professional level or a specialized level to ensure the best care and treatment conditions for the victims.
Coordinate with relevant agencies to identify victims; pay attention to health care and stabilize the psychology of accident victims.

Previously, as Lao Dong reported, at around 2:10 a.m. on July 25, at Km571+800 National Highway 1A, through Dong Trinh Residential Group, Song Tri Ward, a sleeper bus with license plate 43F-007.76 of Tan Kim Chi bus company driven by driver Le Ngoc Thanh crashed into a milestone on the side of the road and overturned, killing 10 people and injuring 15 others.
