Previously, at about 12:40 pm on May 23, pregnant woman T (35 years old, in Kien Xuong), who was 35 weeks pregnant, was urgently hospitalized in a state of vaginal discharge.
Immediately after receiving the patient, the on-duty doctor at the emergency clinic conducted an examination and discovered a dangerous and complicated condition, the pregnant woman had completely ruptured membranes, the fetus was in reverse position, the pregnant woman had an 11-year-old surgical scar and the umbilical cord had completely fallen into the vagina.
Recognizing this as an emergency situation, the entire hospital's on-duty team simultaneously arrived, coordinating smoothly to urgently deploy emergency care, consultation and perform surgery to ensure safety for the mother and baby.
