According to the decision, KG Pharma.com.vn Company Limited was fined VND 16 million for trading in counterfeit drugs in terms of use value and benefits (compressing 500mg Cefuroxim film bags, according to information recorded on the label with registration number: VD-31978-19, LPX: 780124, NSX: 130124, HSD: 130127, manufacturer: Branch of T.U Vidipha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Tan Binh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province, identified as counterfeit drugs according to the results of test form 682/2024 dated August 8, 2024 of Thanh Hoa Testing Center), with the quantity of 1,200 pills, the company has not yet sold on the market.
In addition to being fined, this company was also subject to remedial measures, forcing the destruction of all the violating exhibits (the above-mentioned counterfeit medicine).
