On April 22, Bao Loc Ward 3 People's Committee (Lam Dong) said it was completing the dossier for handling administrative violations against an unlicensed dental clinic facility in the area.
Previously, on April 16, the Inspectorate of Lam Dong province inspected the medical examination and treatment activities at Thai Binh dental clinic owned by Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh.

At the time of inspection, the facility was examining 5 people's teeth. After the examination, the facility collected money but did not record books, did not store records, did not prescribe, did not dispense medicine and did not issue invoices and documents as prescribed.
Working with the inspection team, Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh could not present a medical examination and treatment operating license. Notably, this facility was previously sanctioned and suspended from operation by the Lam Dong Department of Health from February 2023.
The inspection team concluded that Thai Binh dental clinic operated medical examination and treatment without a license.
Based on the violations, the inspection team requested the facility to dismantle the relevant signboards and stop operating until it meets the conditions according to legal regulations.
Bao Loc Ward 3 People's Committee said it is coordinating to complete the handling dossier for Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh according to Point a, Clause 6, Article 39 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP of the Government. Due to the aggravating circumstance of re-offending for the 2nd time, the penalty level applied is 50 million VND.
