On the afternoon of April 3, according to the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, the unit has verified and handled the driver of the 29-seat car violating traffic order and safety on Thang Long Avenue.
Previously, on April 2, 2025, a clip appeared on social media recording the image of a 29-seat car with license plate 29B-305.xx running on Thang Long Avenue suddenly accelerating, continuously changing lanes, forcing the car behind to brake suddenly to avoid the collision.
At the time of the incident, there were many cars and motorbikes circulating on the road, causing traffic insecurity.
As soon as the information was received, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department directed the local team to quickly intervene, verify, and strictly handle the matter according to regulations.
On the afternoon of April 3, 2025, using professional measures, Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 identified the driver of the vehicle involved in the above video clip and invited him to the police station for questioning.
At the police station, the identity of the 29-seat car driver was clarified as V.V.H (born in 1965, residing in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi), who also confessed to driving a vehicle that violated traffic order and safety on Thang Long Avenue on the morning of March 31, 2025.

Based on the verification documents, Road Traffic Police Team No. 11 has drawn up a record of administrative violations against the driver of the 29-seat car mentioned above for committing the following violations: Driving without a signal before crossing; changing lanes without a warning signal, the traffic police have temporarily detained the driver's license for handling.
According to Decree 168/2024 ND-CP, for these violations, drivers will be fined a total of VND 5,700,000 and have 2 points deducted from their driving licenses.
