According to people's feedback, for about two weeks now, at the beginning of Thang Long Avenue, the intersection at Trung Van - Mieu Dam towards Tran Duy Hung Street, construction units have fenced off and dug up the road to implement the power line project. The fence serving the construction of high-voltage power lines has caused frequent congestion, especially during rush hour.

On the morning of March 19, according to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, in the Thang Long Avenue area, the section passing through the intersection to Trung Van, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, a long traffic jam occurred.
The fence occupying part of the roadway makes it difficult for vehicles to move into the inner city. At the barriers, vehicles are often congested.

According to the representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6, Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police, at the intersection of Thang Long - Trung Van Boulevard towards the center of Hanoi, for nearly two weeks, the unit has been digging up the road to install a high-voltage underpass, causing local congestion.

Also according to the representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6, the construction unit here has a construction permit from the Hanoi Department of Transport (now under the Department of Construction). Although the authorities have regularly organized traffic diversion, traffic jams still occur due to the large volume of vehicles passing through this area.
