Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just announced the organization of coercion and demolition of illegal construction works on public land and agricultural land in the commune.
According to Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee, the organization of coercion and demolition of construction violations is to ensure strict implementation of the Land Law and land management in accordance with the law.
Accordingly, there will be 7 violating households forced to dismantle violating works, including 2 households in My Ha village, 3 households in My Thuong village and 2 households in Ngoc Lien village.
Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee said that for the above cases, the Commune People's Committee has issued a notice requesting the investor to voluntarily dismantle the violating works. However, to date, the investor has not complied with the dismantling, and the violating works still exist.
Thanh Oai commune authorities will organize coercion and demolition of construction works on public land and agricultural land in the commune according to regulations.
Implementation time is 8:00 AM on January 27.
