Regulations on submitting tax declarations for business households with revenue under VND500 million

According to the new proposal, business households with a revenue of less than VND500 million/year are not subject to tax but need to comply with full tax declaration.
The Ministry of Finance has just submitted to the Prime Minister a plan to increase the threshold of non-taxable revenue of business households from 200 million to 500 million VND/year.
With the method of calculating tax based on income, the Ministry of Finance said that if a business household does not generate income, it will not have to pay tax.
