    On November 17, the Traffic Police Department of Son La Province Police coordinated with To Hieu Ward Police to summon Ngo Manh Cuong (born in 1983, residing in Dai Mo, Hanoi) after receiving feedback from people about dangerous behavior when traveling on the Son La - Hanoi route.

    According to verification, at around 12:31 on November 16, at Km297+900 National Highway 6 (belonging to Group 1 Quyet Tam, To Hieu Ward), Cuong drove a motorbike without a helmet, deliberately covering the license plate, weaving, swerving and repeatedly crossing the front of a car or motorbike going in the wrong direction, causing many people on the road to panic.

    The entire behavior was recorded by people and posted on social networks, causing outrage and concern to the community.

    The Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police said that it is coordinating with relevant units to consolidate the case file and handle the subject according to the provisions of the law.
