According to information from the Electronic Information Portal of Thach That District (Hanoi), on November 24, at the Hall of the District Culture - Information and Sports Center, the Land Fund Development Center of Thach That District coordinated with Joint Auction Company No. 5 - National to organize an auction of land use rights for 34 plots of land in Dong Nga area (Phase 3), Huong Ngai commune.
Accordingly, 34 plots of land in Dong Nga area have a total area of 5,100m2, each plot has an area of 150m2. There are 313 customers with 1,314 applications participating in the auction. The auction is conducted in multiple rounds of direct secret ballot, according to the method of bidding up for each plot of land.
In the first round of auction, the land plots have a starting price of VND 2,389,000/m2, with a step price of VND 3,000,000/m2. From the second round onwards, the starting price of the auctioned land plot is equal to the highest valid bid in the previous round and the customer has the right not to continue participating in the auction.
After 12 rounds, the auction identified 34 winning bidders, with winning prices ranging from VND 38,389,000/m2 to VND 59,389,000/m2. The total amount collected from the successful auction of 34 plots of land in Dong Nga area was over VND 241 billion.
Speaking at the auction, Vice Chairman of Thach That District People's Committee Phung Khac Son said that according to the general planning of Huong Ngai commune, Dong Nga area will be oriented to be adjacent to the village road running from H28 road to Phung Thuong commune, Phuc Tho district, connecting with National Highway 32, very convenient for traffic.
Regarding the planning orientation of the Capital and the District area, Dong Nga area in particular and Huong Ngai commune in general have great potential to develop services and trade to serve the Western city area and the Lien Quan urban area.
