According to the project approval decision of the City People's Committee, the Education Complex project (University, College, vocational training, High School, Secondary School, Primary School) is oriented to form a system of educational institutions with many levels, meeting diverse training needs from general education to university, college and vocational training. The project aims to build modern educational institutions, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources, in accordance with the city's planning and socio-economic development orientation.
The project land area is about 10.1 ha, expected to recover land from 170 households in Le Tao 1, Le Tao 2 and Le Tao 3 residential groups, Phu Lien ward. All are agricultural land.
At the conference, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council for the Education Complex project announced the land recovery to each household with land subject to project recovery. At the same time, disseminated to households the contents related to the policy, scale, scope of project implementation; regimes and policies for compensation and support for site clearance.
Delegates also exchanged and answered people's questions and recommendations, ensuring that site clearance work is carried out democratically, objectively, and in accordance with the law.
