On the morning of November 30, 2024, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) will organize an auction of 22 land plots with a total area of over 2,209 square meters, in the Man Ca, Man Cong, and Ma Man Trong areas in Van Quan village.
The plots of land range in area from 85.75 - 135.7m2 with a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2. The deposit is from over 93 - 143 million VND/plot. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (minimum 5 mandatory rounds).
Also in this land, on the morning of December 7, 2024, Thanh Oai district continued to auction 19 plots of land with a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2. The plots of land have an area of 87 - 117m2, the deposit is from 92 - 136 million VND/plot. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (minimum 5 mandatory rounds).
