On August 15, functional units of Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee (Dong Nai City) are continuing to promote the work of mobilizing people to agree to hand over land to serve the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway project, the section passing through Binh Phuoc ward.
Currently, in Tien Hung 2 neighborhood, Binh Phuoc ward, households agree to proactively dismantle and relocate houses located in the expressway intersection section.
For the intersection section of DT 741 road, Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee has repeatedly propagated and mobilized and dialogued with households. Currently, some households have agreed to receive compensation money and hand over land.
According to Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee, to date, 524 land plots with an area of 102.1 ha have been agreed by households to hand over land to state agencies to implement the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway project, reaching a rate of 82.5%.
Binh Phuoc Ward continues to coordinate with units, focusing on removing difficulties, accelerating the progress of compensation and support, and mobilizing the remaining cases to soon hand over land, ensuring the progress of the North-South expressway project in the West section Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh.
It is known that the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway project has a total length of 124 km, including the section through Dong Nai city, 101 km long, and Lam Dong province, 23 km long. The section belonging to Dong Nai city, passing through 10 communes and wards, needs to recover 921 hectares. Currently, the site handed over to the project has reached about 80%.
