On May 14, the Land Fund Development Center of Krong Nang district announced that the unit had just announced the organization of auctions for land use rights for 52 plots of land in residential areas in Phu Loc commune.
The above plots of land are all rural land allocated by the State with land use fees, with a long-term use period.
Of these, the plot of land with the lowest deposit is more than 92 million VND, the starting price is about 460 million VND. The plot of land with the highest deposit is over 272 million VND, with a starting price of about 1.3 billion VND. The total starting price of all 52 plots of land is more than 35 billion VND.
The time to receive registration documents to participate in the auction lasts until June 2. The official auction will take place on June 5.
In addition, Krong Nang district also organized an auction of 2 plots of land in the center of Ea Tong commune (old Hoa Lan Kindergarten area), with a total starting price of nearly 4.2 billion VND; 3 plots of land in residential group 4, Krong Nang town, with a total starting price of nearly 4.6 billion VND.
For these plots of land, the time to receive documents is until May 26. The auction will be held on May 29.

Mr. Le Hong Van - Head of the Finance and Planning Department of Krong Nang district said: "The auction of land plots will be conducted publicly and transparently, in accordance with the provisions of law. The auctioned plots are all located in prime locations, on central roads of communes and towns, easy to move, do business, and do business".
"Over the past 3 years, the authorities of Krong Nang district have successfully organized many auctions of land use rights in the locality. During the auctions, all land was bought by the people. Revenue from land auctions has contributed to increasing local budget revenue," Mr. Van added.
