The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just announced the approval of 42 real estate business organizations to pilot the implementation of commercial housing projects in the area. Of which, Long Dien commune (formerly Long Dat district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) has 6 units piloting the implementation of 6 commercial housing projects.
These are the Long Dien Urban Area project invested by Ba Ria - Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Company, implemented on an area of 408,300 m2, with a total investment of more than VND 4,979 billion; Dai Loc High-end Housing Project invested by Lotus Vietnam Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, implemented on an area of 466,777 m2, with a total investment of more than VND 4,670 billion.
The An Vuong Eco-Housing Project is invested by An Vuong Land Investment Joint Stock Company, implemented on an area of 453,786 m2, with a total investment of more than VND 4,686 billion; the An Hung Eco-Housing Project is invested by An Hung Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, implemented on an area of 474,365 m2, with a total investment of nearly VND 4,300 billion.
The Phu Long Eco-Housing Project is invested by San Antonio International Investment Joint Stock Company, implemented on an area of 159,010 m2, with a total investment of more than VND 1,847 billion; the Phu Quy Eco-Housing Project is invested by San Francisco Group Joint Stock Company, implemented on an area of 498,556 m2, with a total investment of more than VND 6,276 billion.
In total, 6 pilot commercial housing projects implemented in Long Dien commune have a total area of over 2,400 hectares, with a total investment of about VND 26,760 billion. These projects are registered for implementation from 2031 onwards.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the announcement is also the basis for real estate business organizations and relevant state agencies to carry out the next steps to implement commercial housing projects, through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights according to regulations.
