On the afternoon of July 25, the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Nguyen Trai commune (Hung Yen province) organized the payment of compensation and support funds to households whose land was recovered to implement the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park project (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park).
In this payment phase, 83 households in Anh Nhue village with land areas within the site clearance area of the project have received compensation and support funds according to the plan approved by competent authorities, with a total amount of nearly 64.5 billion VND.
The Nguyen Trai Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the payment work is implemented to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with regulations, ensuring publicity, transparency and compliance with State regulations.
To date, 255 households with recovered land have received compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovered land to implement the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park project, with a total disbursed cost of over 148 billion VND.
At the payment session, households were guided to complete dossiers and procedures and were answered on contents related to compensation and support policies when the State recovers land. According to the Project Management Board, thanks to good propaganda work, the majority of households agreed and coordinated to implement site clearance work.
Many households expressed their support for the policy of land recovery to implement the project, and highly appreciated the public disclosure of compensation and support plans and the full and timely implementation of regimes and policies, contributing to creating peace of mind and trust for people.
The payment of compensation and support costs is identified as one of the important tasks to accelerate the progress of the Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park project (Tan A Dai Thanh Industrial Park).
According to the locality, the project after completion is expected to contribute to promoting industrial development, attracting investment, creating more jobs for workers and supporting economic restructuring in a positive and sustainable direction.
