For works and projects as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 67 of the Land Law 2024 that must be recovered, the People's Committee of Phu Quoc City must publicly announce the scope of land acquisition according to the progress of the project to the land user. Report on the implementation of land use plan before October 15, 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to allocate land, lease land, change land use purpose in accordance with the approved land use plan. Organize the inspection of the implementation of land use plans, detect and promptly handle violations (if any).
