Thach That Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice on the dismantling and relocation of assets to hand over the site for the project of renovating and upgrading provincial road 420, section Km0+00 to Km7+428 (Hoa Lac intersection - Lien Quan town intersection) in Thach That commune, Hanoi city.
Previously, on March 16 and March 19, 2026, Thach That Commune People's Committee issued a Notice on the dismantling and relocation of assets for 94 households and individuals who have received compensation and support for site clearance (with a list attached) to hand over land for the project of renovating and upgrading provincial road 420, section Km0+00 to Km7+428 (Hoa Lac intersection - Lien Quan town intersection) in Thach That commune, Hanoi city.
To ensure project construction according to the plan, the Commune People's Committee notified and requested the above-mentioned 94 households to urgently dismantle and relocate all assets on the area that has been compensated and supported to hand over the site to the investor to implement the project in accordance with regulations.
Time to complete before April 5, 2026.
After the above period, if households do not cooperate with implementation, the Commune People's Committee will organize coercion to implement the land acquisition decision according to the provisions of law.
Thach That Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals to seriously coordinate in implementation to ensure project progress, serve the travel needs and socio-economic development of the locality.
