The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province determined the value of land use fees for an area of 17,742m2 of land allocated with land use fees as 245,691,216,000 VND. The average land price for calculating land use fees excluding infrastructure investment costs is 13,848,000 VND/m2.
The fourth is the Urban Area No. 2 project of Tu Lan commune, Viet Yen district (now Tu Lan ward, Bac Ninh province).
According to the decision, the total land allocation area is 241,371.0 m2, including 56,281.29 m2 of residential land (424 residential land lots) allocated with land use fees; 185,089.71 m2 of land allocated without land use fees to build infrastructure works and hand over to the State.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province determined the land use fee value for the area of 56,281.29 m2 of land allocated with land use fee collection as 454,415,136,000 VND. The average land price for calculating land use fees excluding infrastructure investment costs is VND 8,074,000/m2.
