On November 19, Yen Phong commune (Bac Ninh province) organized the enforcement of the decision to reclaim agricultural land of 15 households and families in Thuong Thon village to implement the investment project to build a housing area to repay capital for the project to build the Administrative Center, People's Committee headquarters and the central axis road of Dong Tien commune (formerly) under the BT form.
The investment project to build a housing area to repay capital for the BT project has been implemented since 2017 with an area of 14.28 hectares, of which 1.8 hectares are reserved for the resettlement project of provincial road 285B.
During the process of site clearance (GPMB), most households with land and assets on the recovered land have agreed to receive compensation, support, and hand over the site to the investor.
However, there are still 15/157 households and families that have not received the money and have not handed over land with an area of 1.07/14.28 hectares.
The Yen Phong commune government and the leaders of Thuong Thon village have strengthened propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue organization on compensation and support policies when reclaiming land for 15 households, families, and related individuals but have not received consensus.

To ensure the project's progress, the Yen Phong Commune Enforcement Board has organized compulsory land recovery for the above households.
During the enforcement process, the Enforcement Board has fully implemented the procedures and processes according to the provisions of law, ensuring publicity and absolute safety for people and vehicles participating in the enforcement.
Immediately after announcing the enforcement decision, the construction unit proceeded to build piles and ropes to build fences around the project area; at the same time, concentrated machinery and means of transport to level the ground to serve the construction of infrastructure in the housing area.
