According to the Decision of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, Viet Duc Construction Company is allocated 8,224.3m2 of land to implement the project, in the form of the State allocating land with land use fees. The land use term is 50 years from the date the decision takes effect.
The allocated land is located in Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh province. The location and boundaries of the land are determined according to the cadastral map excerpts prepared by the Land Registration Office on May 8, 2026.
The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested Nam Son Ward People's Committee, Kinh Bac Land Fund Development Center Branch and Viet Duc Construction Company to be responsible before the law for completing site clearance work, ensuring accuracy and truthfulness about the origin of land, land type and compensation and support results according to regulations.
According to the investment policy approval decision, the social housing project in Nam Son ward is located in Nam Son ward (Bac Ninh province) with a total investment of more than 1,069 billion VND.
The project has a total of more than 1,000 social housing units serving the housing needs of low-income people, workers, and laborers.
Implementation progress: Total time of 4 years from the date of investor selection.
Bac Ninh is a locality in the leading group in the country in social housing development - according to the assessment of the Ministry of Construction.
By the end of April 2026, Bac Ninh province had 102 social housing projects with a total scale of about 117,000 apartments.
In which, there are 31 projects with about 24,000 apartments that have basically completed construction and put into use; about 71 projects with a scale of nearly 94,000 apartments are being focused on construction.
Implementing Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP of the Government on assigning social housing development targets for the period 2026 - 2030, Bac Ninh province is assigned the target for 2026 to complete 19,900 social housing apartments.
