The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch requesting the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense to give opinions on the area for ensuring national defense and security for housing construction projects in the province.
The Hong Hac - Xuan Lam ecological urban area construction investment project is located in Song Lieu ward, Bac Ninh province.
The scale of the project: Land use area is 1,977,615.71 m2; population is about 27,700 people; The number of houses includes 1,438 townhouses, 1,406 villas, 2,339 social housing apartments and 2,098 commercial housing apartments.
Construction investment situation: According to the investor's report, the project has basically completed investment in the construction of technical infrastructure including: Internal traffic roads, rainwater drainage systems, wastewater drainage systems, water supply systems, fire protection systems, technical hao systems, electricity supply, lighting, wastewater treatment plants, etc.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requests the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense to give opinions on determining the above project as belonging to/not belonging to the area that needs to ensure national defense and security according to the provisions of the Housing Law 2023, Article 4 of Decree No. 95/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024.
This is the basis for the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to serve as a basis for determining the list of housing construction investment projects in which foreign organizations and individuals are allowed to own houses and as a basis for implementing the next steps to ensure compliance with current legal regulations, while responding to the request of the project investor.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command: Provide records and documents, work with the specialized agencies of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense upon request.
It is known that the investment project to build the Hong Hac - Xuan Lam ecological urban area was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province in Decision No. 457/QD-UBND dated September 4, 2024.
The project is invested by the Trade Union of Industry and Trade Banking Investment Joint Stock Company (owned by Phu My Hung).
The project has a total capital of VND27,000 billion (nearly 1.1 billion USD).
