VND3.48 trillion in outstanding real estate credit debt
On February 21, speaking at a Government conference with localities, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Nguyen Thi Hong said that the SBV will continue to direct credit institutions to implement credit packages such as the VND100,000 billion aquaculture credit package and the VND120,000 billion housing support package.
Regarding interest rates and exchange rates, this is an extremely difficult and challenging task. And these variables will affect the story of the domestic market and capital inflows of the economy. The State Bank will closely monitor developments, even daily developments, to be proactive in regulating.

Hanoi approves planning to renovate a series of old apartment buildings
The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 822/QD-UBND on approving the Detailed Planning task for the renovation and reconstruction of Kim Lien and surrounding apartment buildings, at a scale of 1/500.
The detailed planning research area is located within the administrative boundaries of Kim Lien ward, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi city.
Regarding the scope and boundaries of the planning study, the Northeast borders Dao Duy Anh Street; the East borders Hoang Tich Tri Street, partly borders Lane 34 Phuong Mai; the Northwest borders Pham Ngoc Thach Street; the Southwest borders Lu River.

Dak Lak establishes another industrial cluster with a scale of 50 hectares
On the morning of February 21, information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that the unit had just assigned departments, branches and the Krong Ana District People's Committee to coordinate in implementing the Buon Cham Industrial Cluster (50ha) in Buon Trap town, Krong Ana district.
The units are responsible for guiding, inspecting, and urging investors to carry out investment procedures, compensation, site clearance, land allocation and lease.
Units support traffic connection, water supply, labor recruitment, implementation of incentives and related procedures. The goal is to ensure that the project of building and trading technical infrastructure is on schedule and in accordance with legal regulations. See more
