Da Nang studies and proposes to build "Love Bay" in the sea encroachment project
On the afternoon of August 4, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that it had responded to people's opinions about the project to encroach on the bay and build an artificial island at the Da Nang gate.
On the Da Nang opportunity opportunity, people questioned that instead of encroaching on almost all of Da Nang Bay to build 5 artificial islands that destroy the natural landscape, which is being opposed by the majority of people, the Da Nang Sea Encroachment Project should only partly be encroached and create a new symbol "Love Flight" - a new tourism symbol inside Da Nang Bay.

If Da Nang encroaches on the sea of Da Nang Bay, it should only encroach from the mouth of Han River to Thanh Khe because the sea water is turbid yellow, not clear because near the mouth of Han River, it is difficult to develop natural sea tourism, but the prime location can encroach on the sea as a financial, commercial, tourism, artificial sea center...
Responding to this issue, a representative of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that the city is currently assigning departments, branches and sectors to study and develop a pilot project for a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of a national dynamic urban area at sea in Da Nang City, and submit them to central agencies for consideration. Mid-range apartments are absent for 5 consecutive quarters, secondary apartments take the throne
Hanoi - The apartment market recorded a newly discovered mid-range supply that was absent for the fifth consecutive quarter.

Recent research data from the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS) shows that in the first half of 2025, 60% of the supply of newly opened apartments will be products priced at over 80 million VND/m2. Some apartment projects in the provinces on the outskirts of Hanoi also have prices starting from 55 million VND/m2.
The current price is not only far beyond the affordability of low-income people but also beyond the reach of those in the upper middle-income group. According to feedback from real estate brokers who are members of VARS, many young customers, even with good incomes, at 40-50 million VND/month, still do not "d like" to buy a house without financial support from their family.
The pressure to repay loans is too great, especially when interest rates "float" after a period of strong increases, becoming a significant psychological barrier for young people - those who focus on quality of life, living experience and flexibility in consumption rather than deciding to borrow long-term for decades to own a small apartment. Resettlement project worth over VND330 billion behind schedule, put under inspection
Lang Son - The Nam Nguyen Dinh Chieu Resettlement and Residential Area Project has just been put under inspection after many years of delay.

However, after nearly 20 years since its launch, the project has not yet taken shape, leaving many consequences for urban management and people's lives.
According to the reporter's research, the project is divided into two parts: the area east of Ba Trieu Street (9.46 ha) is the part implementing BT infrastructure, and the area west of Ba Trieu Street (10.29 ha) is the land fund counterpart payment to the investor.
Since 2004, the project has been implemented under the name "Southern Urban Area of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street" invested by Ha Do Company (Ministry of National Defense). However, due to problems in compensation, over 80% of households did not agree to measure and count, and the project has been stalled for many years. See more...
