Dien Bien leases more than 30,000 m2 of land to businesses for mineral exploitation
Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee - has just signed a decision to lease an area of over 31,467 m2 of land in Thanh Yen commune (phase 1).
According to the decision, the purpose of using land for mineral activities (to implement a project to exploit sand minerals for common construction materials in the Nam Thanh and Doi 19 paint fields (Dai Thanh village), Thanh Yen commune.

The land use term (land lease) is 9.5 years, from July 18, 2025 to January 19, 2035. The form of lease is that the State leases land and collects annual rent.
The land price to calculate the land rent payable is determined according to 3 different locations: Location 1 is 240,000 VND/m2; Location 2 is 163,000 VND/m2; Location 3 is 132,000 VND/m2.
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to specifically determine the boundary, boundary markers, hand over land on site and hand over the land use right certificate to Duyen Hung Company Limited of Dien Bien province. Real estate bond market recovers
After a long period of stagnation, the real estate corporate bond market in the second quarter of 2025 recorded positive signs of recovery.

According to data from the Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA), Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and the State Securities Commission (SSC), the real estate corporate bond market in the second quarter of 2025 recorded many positive changes, especially in issuance value.
The Ministry of Construction said that in April 2025, there were 6 bond issuances from real estate enterprises with a total value of about VND 9,160 billion.
In May, this figure increased to 7 times, with a total value of VND 10,504.5 billion. By June, although the number had decreased to 5 rounds, the total value still reached VND 7,610 billion.
In the second quarter of 2025, the whole market had 126 individual bond issuances, with a total value of VND 163,791 billion; of which the real estate sector accounted for a significant proportion. See more...
