The People's Committee of Dien Bien province has just signed a decision to reclaim a total of 900m2 of land assigned to Dien Bien Power Company - Branch of the Northern Power Corporation in Bung Lao commune (Muong Ang district) and Na U commune (Dien Bien district).

In Bung Lao commune, the province recovered 500m2 of land that was allocated to the electricity industry since 2009, on the grounds that the unit no longer needs to use. District in Hanoi leads in land searches, experts warn cautiously
According to Batdongsan.com.vn, land in Dong Anh district continues to be a hot spot attracting investors in early 2025. In April 2025 alone, the demand for land in Dong Anh will top the entire Hanoi market, followed by Ha Dong district, Soc Son district, Long Bien district, Hoai Duc district, Chuong My, Quoc Oai.
According to Lao Dong reporters, the common land price in Dong Anh district (Hanoi) is fluctuating around 100-150 million VND/m2.

In the long term, Mr. Nguyen The Diep - Vice President of Hanoi Real Estate Club - commented that Dong Anh district is still considered an "inferior investment area" with the potential for price increase thanks to clear planning and development orientation, increasingly complete infrastructure and attraction from new metropolises.
However, experts recommend that investors need to be alert, avoid investing in the crowd effect to avoid falling into a situation of "holding goods" during short-term virtual fevers. See more...
Land under 50 million VND/m2 attracts customers after the regulations on land division
The land segment under 50 million VND/m2 is being sought after by many investors in the suburbs of the capital after the land division regulation.
Talking to Lao Dong reporter, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan (35 years old) - a real estate investor in Hanoi - informed that at the end of March 2025, he had just decided to buy an 80m2 plot of land in Quoc Oai district for 46 million VND/m2.

According to Mr. Toan, compared to the stagnant period last year, the land price here has increased by about 10%. Hoping to increase prices over time, Mr. Toan said that a plot of land with a price of less than VND50 million/m2 that has been divided into plots is a reasonable threshold for investment, making it easier to rotate capital flows than other areas when it has exceeded VND70-100 million/m2.
Similarly, Ms. Vu Thi Hanh (42 years old, living in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi) informed that although she is not a professional investor, when she saw that there were many plots of land in Thanh Tri and Thuong Tin districts for sale under 50 million VND/m2, she decided to spend money to buy them for investment.
