Binh Dinh launches 7 resettlement areas to welcome the expressway worth over VND43,000 billion connecting forests and seas
On August 26, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan agreed on the investment policy to build a series of resettlement areas (TDC) to serve the compensation and site clearance (GPMB) for the Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway project (the section passing through Binh Dinh province) in 7 areas.

Including: Resettlement area in Thuan Duc village (Nhon My commune, An Nhon town) with an area of about 5 hectares; resettlement area in Kien Long village (Binh Thanh commune, Tay Son district) with an area of about 11 hectares; resettlement area in Tra Son village (Tay An commune, Tay Son district) with an area of about 3 hectares; resettlement area in Phu Lac village (Binh Thanh commune, Tay Son district) with an area of about 5 hectares.
Truong Dinh 2 residential area (Binh Hoa commune, Tay Son district) with an area of about 3.5 hectares; Thuan Hoa residential area (Binh Tan commune, Tay Son district), with an area of about 3.46 hectares; Hoa Trung residential area (Binh Tuong commune, Tay Son district) with an area of about 7.25 hectares.
The funding source for planning, adjusting and investing in the construction of these resettlement areas will be taken from the State budget, using compensation, site clearance and resettlement funds of the expressway project. See more...
Da Nang adjusts and adds land prices to 3,000 routes and areas
The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued a decision to adjust and supplement land prices for a number of routes and areas in the Land Price List in the city, applicable from July 7, 2025.

Super project worth 3,500 billion VND turns prime land near Binh Dinh beach into a 46-storey tower
On June 28, the Department of Finance of Binh Dinh province announced that the Provincial People's Committee had issued a certificate of investment registration for the Mixed-use Apartment project at land plot No. 72B Tay Son Street, Ghenh Rang Ward (Quy Nhon City), to Arita Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Nghe An province).

The project has a total area of over 7,000m2, of which the construction area is nearly 4,000m2, the rest is for technical infrastructure, trees, yards and internal roads. The land is assessed to have a prime location as it is located near the center of Quy Nhon city, close to the sea and major traffic routes.
The total investment capital of the project is more than 3,500 billion VND. The project is expected to have a maximum of 4 basements and from 35 to 46 upper floors, not including the technical floor, attic and escape floor.
The project is expected to be completed and put into use in December 2028. The project's operating period is 50 years, and apartment buyers are granted stable and long-term land use rights. See more...
