Dien Bien reclaims more than 30,000 m2 of enterprise land
Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to reclaim more than 30,000 m2 of land of Truong Tho Dien Bien Company Limited in Muong Toong commune.
The reason for the revocation is clearly stated: Truong Tho Dien Bien Company Limited no longer needs to use the land and has transferred the entire sand stone mining project as common construction materials at Muong Toong mine, Muong Toong commune to VINA A1 Construction Investment and Technology Development Joint Stock Company under the project transfer contract.

After the reclamation, the entire area of more than 30,000 m2 of this land was leased by the People's Committee of Dien Bien province to VINA A1 Technology Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (located in Dien Bien Phu ward) for mineral exploitation.
Of which, the exploitation area of nearly 26,000 m2 has a rental price of 42,000 VND/m2; the processing area of more than 4,600 m2 has a rental price of 92,000 VND/m2.

2 apartments in the middle of the city owe more than 400 red books to people in Quang Ninh
Hundreds of households in My Way apartment building and Tran Hung Dao Plaza apartment building, Hong Gai ward, Quang Ninh province continue to submit petitions to the authorities of Quang Ninh province about the investors of the two apartments still "soaking" hundreds of their red books.
Ms. N.T.V is one of the first residents of Tran Hung Dao Plaza apartment building, which was given the key by the investor to move in in October 2018.

Temporarily suspending the leveling of Quan Truong River in Nam Nha Trang Ward
On the afternoon of July 14, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phu - Director of the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province confirmed that he had requested a temporary stop on the construction of the road encroaching on the Quan Truong river, in Nam Nha Trang ward.
In the past few days, people have reported that a section of Quan Truong River, more than 1km from Binh Tan Bridge, is being flooded with soil, leveling the riverbed.

Recorded at the scene, the construction unit dismantled the railing of the Ring Road 2 embankment, using motor vehicles to dump rocks and soil to create a temporary road about 10m wide, nearly 100m long across the river.
Notably, the entire area does not have a construction information board, does not show the project name, investor or construction progress.
Currently, the Department of Construction has directed specialized agencies to coordinate with the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang Ward to inspect the scene and related legal documents. See more...
Thousands of m2 of land in Cau Giay New Urban Area are allowed to be converted
On July 14, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3769/QD-UBND on allowing the change of land use purpose at the land plot marked D14, Cau Giay New Urban Area (Cau Giay Ward) to implement the Mixed-use Building Project - company headquarters.
According to the decision, detech Technology Development Support Joint Stock Company was allowed to change the purpose of use of 4,709.5m2 of agricultural land, has completed procedures to receive the transfer of land use rights and assets attached to the land, and has been confirmed by the Hanoi Land Registration Office for changes.

At the same time, the enterprise is allowed to use an additional 626.4m2 of land managed by the People's Committee of My Dinh 2 Ward, raising the total land area for project implementation to 5,335.9m2.
This area will be used to build a mixed-use building - the company's headquarters according to the investment policy approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 5439/QD-UBND dated October 26, 2023.
