Houses without a certificate and fire safety are still being advertised for sale at high prices
Despite not ensuring fire prevention and fighting safety conditions (PCCC) and lack of legal documents, many apartments are still being advertised for sale at high prices in Hanoi.

Although it has been handed over to residents for 10 years, this building has not yet been PCCC-approved and does not have an apartment ownership certificate.
On May 22, an apartment on the 15th floor of the building caught fire "in a closed state" because the fire alarm system was not working, with many dangers lurking, however, on the buying and selling sites, the apartments here are still being advertised for sale at quite high prices.

Building 5 resettlement areas worth over VND7,600 billion to serve APEC 2027 in Phu Quoc
On May 30, Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Nhan had a working session with Phu Quoc City People's Committee and relevant agencies, departments and branches to listen to reports on the progress of projects and works serving the 2027 APEC conference in Phu Quoc City.

The land use extension period for VNPT projects in Hanoi has expired
Lao Dong Newspaper has just published an article reflecting the abandoned VNPT project in Cau Giay, Hanoi, which increased its capital by more than 1,417 billion VND compared to 2024.
After the newspaper was published, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment issued a written response to Lao Dong Newspaper.

On May 26, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment signed document No. 2580/SNNMT-TTr on information on the use of land lot A3 of Cau Giay new urban area, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, on October 13, 2021, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 4438/QD - People's Committee on extending land use for 24 months for the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) for the National Telecommunications Trading and Operation Center Construction Investment Project at Lot A3 of Cau Giay New Urban Area, Dich Vong Hau Ward.
