Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction has just publicly announced the sale of social housing at the Social Housing Construction Investment Project serving the industrial park in Ho town, Thuan Thanh district (now Thuan Thanh ward, Bac Ninh province) phase 1 of 2026.
Accordingly, the social housing project has a total land use area of 17,990.6m2, construction area of about 7,800m2 including 4 social housing buildings, each building 15 floors high, totaling 1,396 apartments.
To date, the project has completed 2 buildings, 2 buildings have not been built. The overall completion of the project is expected in June 2027.
According to the reporter's investigation, the above project is also commercially named Lan Hung social housing project. The project is invested by Lan Hung Group Joint Stock Company, built from 2019, with a total investment of over 920 billion VND.
The project has had residents move in in recent years.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Duong Dinh Ton (born in 1991), a worker in Thuan Thanh ward, said that he bought an apartment with an area of 58 m2 for 600 million VND at the above project in 2022. At that time, the price that the investor sold was about 10 - 11 million VND/m2.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully meeting the living needs of the family including husband and wife and two young children. Since settling down, my wife and I have also been assured to do business to pay off debts, raise children and accumulate," Mr. Ton said.
Similarly, Ms. Le Thi Hien (born in 1985), a worker in Thuan Thanh Industrial Park, lives with 2 young children in a 64.6 m2 apartment at the Lan Hung project.
Ms. Hien said that she bought an apartment here because the price is reasonable and there is a lot of common play and living space for residents.
Representatives of the investor of the Lan Hung social housing project said that the number of apartments for sale this time is 106 social housing apartments. Application time is from February 19 - March 19, 2026. The selling price for CT3 apartment building is 12,400,000 VND/m2, CT2 apartment building is 12,874,000 VND/m2, including value-added tax and maintenance costs.
The procedures for reviewing dossiers will be ensured to be in accordance with regulations," affirmed the project investor representative.
Bac Ninh is the leading locality in the country in developing social housing - according to the assessment of the Ministry of Construction.
According to the Prime Minister's project to build at least 1 million social housing apartments in the 2021-2030 period, in 2026 Bac Ninh registered to develop 20,000 social housing units, 2,000 units higher than the assigned target.
